I’ve been in twice for service, and on both occasions I had to specifically request a copy of the multi-point inspection. In both instances, the inspection report wasn’t readily available, which gives the impression that the inspection may not have been completed until I asked for the documentation. After reviewing the reports, I also have some concerns about whether a thorough inspection was actually performed or if the document was simply completed as if all was okay. The multi-point inspection is important to me because I rely on it to ensure my vehicle is being properly maintained, is safe, and is performing as it should. That said, the customer service has been great, and the facility itself is beautiful. I’m hopeful this is simply an issue with the inspection/documentation process and that it can be improved going forward.
