Just completed a sale with David at Covert GMC in Bee Caves for a 2025 Denali HD and could not be happier with the transaction. I told David what I was looking for and he stayed the course and did not try to sell me something I didn’t want. Fair deal with trade in and fair deal with the new truck. Process was quick and painless and David even noticed a scratch on the bumper and instead of pretending it wasn’t there he notified the shop and has the scratch disappear. Would definitely be back

Our salesman - Hunter Norwood - was the best ever. I have bought many cars - I am old - and Hunter did an excellent job. The Finance guy was good also. I forget his name but was very knowledgeable and seemed willing to help as much as possible. The vehicle itself - most important Denali XL - is excellent. I bought it for my daughter in law. They have 3 babies under 3 years old and the old Grand Cherokee was not getting the job done. The babies love it and my son and Daughter in law love it as well.

I only went to the dealership one time when Chris had found something I was looking for. I texted him what I wanted, he found it and handled everything via text and email. I will be returning in a few months to purchase another vehicle.

Tailgate was damaged and brought to salesman attention. He took pictures of damage and we were advised his manager would contact us. Convert used car sales manager created a scene in lobby with us over sales price he stated he did not approve!! No contact by dealer whether we were satisfied with purchase or service after sales. Dealer used Dan Coverts name and recording daily insinuating it was a personal call. Love the truck but support Sux. Ralph

My truck runs so much better after the transmission was replaced. I am definitely grateful for the loaner truck that I was given to drive while my truck was getting fixed. I am grateful that my truck is fixed, and that I am able to drive it again!!

Tyler was beyond professional and very relatable when assisting me with my trade in and purchase.
I was in a major rush and he fast tracked my deal and I had a new Duramax AT4 1500 in 30 minutes.
Tyler also kept his word when we had to swap equipment from my old truck to me new one.
I know he had some issues with logistics and it was far from convenient for him to work with the service department, scheduling and juggling all his other clients.

Spoke with Jose Cabrera on the phone on Friday evening and said I’d be there first thing on Saturday AM to test drive a vehicle I saw online. Told him I had a very small window of opportunity to make the purchase if I liked it. He had it washed and gassed up and ready to go when I arrived. The paperwork was pretty much in order and the whole purchasing process was done in the allotted amount of time.
Very nice service dept waiting area, but the music played throughout the dealership is annoying. Select a playlist that is less edgy.
The end experience was good, but it seemed like an easy deal took a lot of time. The customer service provided by Jennifer was outstanding!
