Not all staff is helpful. One in particular, Josh Esquivel, was down right rude and uninterested in helping us purchase a vehicle. There were some that were really good and even asked how they could help, WHILE Josh was supposed to be helping us.

This dealership does not operate with integrity or ethics. All about the sale. Once you pay, you are not going to ever get management to take care of any issues. Brand new 6 figure vehicle in the shop for 3 months, then told they cannot figure it out and it is my issue. Also promised payment reimbursement. Now told that won't happen either. So I have a $100k xxx and Covert GMC Bee Cave is worthless. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. GM is doing nothing either. Go to another brand.

Matt Bennet is very nice and knowledgeable Advisor. Not sure the dealership was pushing General Motors to get the Infotainment System replaced. Instead the did multiple software updates, told me to pick up the truck and it still wasn’t fixed. For an $80,000 truck I would expect something this important to work properly. Never had these issues with my F150. After multi trips to Covert GMC it’s very disappointing. I do very much appreciate the loaner vehicle. This issue is all over the internet. GM needs to pull in more resources to get it fixed. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING!
The salesman who assisted us, Hunter, was excellent. No pressure, listened to our needs and budget requirements and did everything he could to get us to that number and did so successfully. Our initial experience in 2024 when during the purchasing process was horrible with the salesman and the finance person and this experience was a 180. I suggest the company promote Hunter to a management position due to the demeanor, professionalism and ability to relate to the customer at hand. I have used many dealerships for car repairs and I’m mad at myself I didn’t purchase a car and use the covert service center sooner. Jeff made me feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done and their team got things done quickly. Again- not my experience with other dealerships. Always great to work with Matt Bennett. His professionalism and attention are above standard. Though he is always busy, he answers or calls back promptly. He also takes the time to get to know you personally. Covert is lucky to have such a motivated individual working for the dealership. I imagine Matt being great at any job or task he is given.

My vehicle was in for service for over 30 days. This is unacceptable. There was confusion over what was actually weong with it and what was being done to fix it. Then the service tech was out sick and rather than have the shop foreman hop into help or reassign it, I was advised I would have to wait for him to come back. This was all after the truck had been there almost 30 days already. I have all of this saved in the text thread between myself and the dealership if there is genuine interest in reviewing.
The experience was quick and the team was courteous and efficient. Leasing process was simple.

If I could give 0 stars I would. From the purchase process to post delivery of the vehicle, we have had a terrible experience with communication and customer service from our sales associate Chris Campion. You would think spending over 100k (or any amount of money really) you would have better service but I guess not. We previously a bought a vehicle with covert when located in Bastrop with a different sales associate and we loved our experience leaving us feeling confident to purchase from them again although they moved to Bee Cave. I appreciate that the service department met their time estimate nearly to the minute and got me out on time with all services completed.
Cooper was our salesman and Covert Bee Cave and did a great job working with us. He was friendly and very courteous. He worked with me to do a deal in a way that worked with my schedule.
The sales part was great. Can’t understand why the 5 upfitter aux switches don’t come connected to the truck and 3 hours of labor is required to install. Not all of the installation kit was included and required a special order for a cable needed to hook them up. The Sierra HD Ultimate should have all options!
I was happy with the salesman, Messiah Williams. He was willing to help me decide on a car that I liked. He was easy going , never pushy and pleasant to talk to. I did have some complication with the finance man. He should have been aware that an 84 year old person does not comprehend what a 30-60?year old person. H I felt he had his agenda and didn’t want me to o pay for the car in full . I was told zi should wait a couple of months and then pay the car off. What is that reasonin?
Avoid this place at all costs! They are dishonest and predatory. Despite my 700 credit score, they tried to push a 25% APR on me. They tried to hide the rate by only discussing monthly payments until the very last minute. I wasted an entire day here because they couldn't give me a straight answer on when the car would be ready, constantly changing the story. Save your time and money—stay away from these scammers.

I am disappointed in my experience with this dealership. Two items truly diminished my experience. I believe that I was lowballed on my trade in without a great explanation (shame on me too for accepting it). Then in the finance dept I was not given great guidance on the detail of the charges in my finance agreement. I had in excess of $8000 added in " other aftermarkets". I have used this dealership for years and I’ve always had a good experience. My most recent service experience was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a car dealership ever. I did call and left two messages for the manager to have a conversation about it and never received a phone call back, which made it even worse so I’ll probably be looking for another dealership to service my vehicles from now on.
Johnathan met at the dealership and had already brought the car I was interested in up to the parking area where I could view same. The dealership is easy to access and the interior was beautiful.
Jake was great to work with and ensured my truck was clean, and dealer installed upgrades completed in entirety. When I experienced an issue with some adhesive on visors he responded quickly with detail service members who also showed a great attitude in meeting my request with enthusiasm and patience. Very impressed with Covert employee professionalism.
Matt Bennett is the person I deal with in the service department. He is very helpful and approachable and friendly. Enjoy doing business with him.
