Marcus Washington Sr. is the man! (as well as the rest of the Washington family working at the Covert Bee Cave along the other GMC team members) I showed up early to pickup our new GMC Savannah, and Marcus took me to get some breakfast tacos. I got to hear some of his life story, and he is a good, honorable man who is simply one of those awesome, fun guys to be around. Lord willing, would gladly buy from him again one day.
Covert Beecaves service department has good customer service and the employees are always friendly. The waiting room is comfortable and makes the wait easier.

Our car shopping experience at Covert Bee Cave was made quite enjoyable by the salesman Nathaniel Rosalez. Nathaniel was aware of my husband's (89) hearing disability and all questions were answered clearly and with patience. This dealership is very professional and have been good to work with from the start.
If I could give them a zero, I would. They switched to some sort of AI-based phone system a year or so ago, and it's been a complete cluster ever since. They never call you back, lie about doing so, then blame the AI when you catch them. They had our brand new truck in service for almost a month trying to figure out an ignition issue, and finally DIY bypassed the OEM wiring harness to "fix" it. Amateur hour over there.

They told me it had gone through a 10point inspection and the vehicle was up to par for sale not even 5 months later took for ac service and was needs oil pan gasket and engine mounts, update- the sales team made it right and paid half of the cost so that’s a plus
I’ve rarely had end-to-end positive experiences in dealerships but Antonio made our visit super frictionless & really took care of us. Sales rep did was excellent worked with me and got me a great deal, dealership overall experience was not the best. The finance process was not what I expected. Didn’t want to get warranties at first but I got the impression that they wouldn’t proceed without them. (Very persistent in a negative way) I didn’t appreciate that. I was also told the vehicle had gone through a many point inspection yet it had several very obvious issues that could’ve been discussed at the beginning now I gotta deal with them

Other than the added "Covert protection Package", which we ultimately negotiated out of the deal, I was thrilled with the team at Covert. I really like doing business with family owned dealerships as they just seem to appreciate their customers and their staff much more than the large corporate owned dealerships. As a result, they are much better positioned to "make a deal" that works for everyone! I would highly recommend Covert if your buying a new GMC.
